Priyanka Chopra, who moved to the US almost eight years ago, made an impression on the West with her breakthrough role in "Quantico".

Later on, the actress made her silver screen debut in Hollywood alongside Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson in "Baywatch". The actress continues to make strides in Hollywood, playing a number of significant roles in movies.

Recently, the "Citadel" star had a lot to say about Shah Rukh Khan's comments about not moving to Hollywood. The actress, who has been seen dabbling in projects from both the East and West, responded by saying she doesn't need validation because her 'ego' isn't bigger than her work.

During the promotion of "Citadel", Priyanka was asked about Shah Rukh Khan's recent comments about not wanting to work in Hollywood films.

A reporter at SXSW festival shared with the actress that Shah Rukh Khan had told the media that he doesn't want to go to Hollywood, as he is comfortable in Bollywood

Priyanka fired back, stating that she isn't too keen on living a comfortable life.

"Comfortable is boring to me.I am not arrogant; rather, I am confident in myself. When I walk onto a set, I know exactly what I'm doing," said the actress.

Priyanka went on to say that her ego isn't bigger than the job. "I am very professional, and if you ask people around me, I am known for my professionalism and I am proud of it," concluded the actress.

Priyanka recently hosted a pre-Oscars party in Los Angeles for South Asian Excellence. In addition to "Citadel", she has the film "Love Again" in the pipeline for this year.

She will also appear in Farhan Akhtar's next directorial film, "Jee Le Zaraa", alongside Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif.
