Mehazabien-starrer ‘Saba’ to hit theaters this Durga festival

After last year's release of "Priyo Maloti", popular actress Mehazabien Chowdhury is set to return to the big screen with Maksud Hossain's Saba. The film will be released in theatres on September 26, coinciding with the Durga festival.
"Saba" follows the story of a young woman from a middle-class family in the city. After the death of her father, she becomes the sole caregiver to her mother, Shirin, who has been wheelchair-bound since a road accident. Facing financial hardship, Saba puts her own dreams aside to support her mother. But when Shirin suffers a sudden heart attack and requires urgent surgery, Saba is left devastated and desperate to save her.

Alongside Mehazabien, "Saba" features Mostafa Monwar and Rokeya Prachy in pivotal roles.
