‘Game of Thrones’ actor Darren Kent passes away
"Game of Thrones" actor Darren Kent who played the role of a goat herder in the series breathed his last on August 11. The 39 year old artiste's demise was confirmed via his agency Carey Dodd Associates yesterday.
Taking to its social media accounts, the agency shared, "It is with deep sadness we have to tell you that our dear friend and client Darren Kent passed away peacefully on Friday. His parents and best friend by his side. Our thoughts and love are with his family in this difficult time. Darren was not only a talented actor, director and writer, he was truly one of the kindest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. It has been a privilege and pleasure to have been a part of his journey. RIP my friend."
The agency further added on its Instagram account, "Darren was not only a talented actor, director and writer, he was truly one of the kindest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. It has been a privilege and pleasure to have been a part of his journey."
Throughout his over decade long career, Darren Kent has been featured in a multitude of films and series, including, "Snow White and the Huntsman", "Marshal's Law", "Bloody Cuts", "The Frankenstein Chronicles", "Blood Drive" and "Birds Sorrow", among others.
Though the cause of the death has not been disclosed yet, Darren Kent reportedly had been suffering from skin disorder, osteoporosis and arthritis for a long time.
