Duronto TV to kick-off latest season with five new shows
Popular children's entertainment channel, Duronto TV is all set to kick-off its latest season with five brand new shows. The new children's shows include "Picklu & Pai", "Duronto Family", "Gunijoner Adda", "Cartoon Cartoon" and "Sweet Little Monsters". Additionally the fifth season of "Rong Beronger Golpo" will also be coming soon.
"Picklu & Pai" portrays the funny adventures of an uncle-nephew duo. Picklu aspires to be a filmmaker while the young Pai loves numbers. Directed by Goutam Koiri, "Piklu & Pai" will feature Mousumi Nag. It is expected to air starting April 30 at 12:00 pm and 8:30 pm daily.
Hosted by the popular actor Runa Khan, "Duronto Family" will be a game show with five rounds in each episode. Two families will form teams of 4 (two children and 2 adults). The team with the best score after all five rounds will be declared the winner and granted a mega prize. The game show will air on Friday and Saturday, at 2 pm and 9 pm, starting on May 5.
"Gunijoner Adda" is a special show, where children will get interact with different renowned cultural personas. The show aims to inspire the children by letting them directly learn from the life and wisdom of these renowned individuals. Directed by Shahadat Hossain Setu and Mohammad Abul Khair Kamal, the show will air every Friday and Saturday at 6 pm from May 5.
The latest season of "Rong Beronger Golpo" will bring 26 new children's stories. The show, directed by Mehedi Hasan Swadhin, will be aired every Friday and Saturday at 7.30 pm from May 5.
The new show, "Cartoon Cartoon", will showcase the art of creating cartoons. It is expected to air from May 5, every Friday and Saturday, at 8 pm. The show will cover a variety of topics, including comics, caricatures, character design, and animation. The show will be directed by Syed Rashad Imam Tanmoy, the founder of Cartoon People.
Finally, the new animated series, "Sweet Little Monsters" will be aired on Duronto TV every Friday and Saturday, at 6:30 pm from May 5 onwards.
