‘Nasek Nasek’ famed Animes Roy sings for film

"Nasek Nasek" famed singer, Animes Roy recently lent his voice to the soundtrack of the film "Noya Manush"—which is being directed by Sohel Rana Boyati. The song is titled "Shonar Mon" and has been written by Sujan Hajong and composed by Emon Chowdhury.

Speaking about the song, Sohel Rana Boyati said, "The song has been planned with the singer and the songwriter for three years. Later on, Emon Chowdhury joined as the composer. We are very proud to have been able to work with him."

Talking about the experience of singing on a film for the first time, Animes Roy shared how he was grateful to have the opportunity to sing on Emon Chowdhury's composition.

"I have a soft spot for the films in my country. 'Noya Manush' is focused on the rural communities of the country. I tried composing this song with the sentiments of the coastal community in mind," shared Emon Chowdhury.

Based on AMM Hasanuzzaman's story, "Bedonar Baluchor", with Masum Reza writing the screenplay. "Noya Manush" features Rawnak Hasan, Mousumi Hamid, Ashish Khandokar, Jhuna Chowdhury and Nilufer Wahid, among others.
