Show cause notice against 7 education inspectors

The education ministry today issued show cause notices against seven school and college inspectors for providing wrong information about 19 institutions under Dhaka, Rajshahi and Dinajpur education boards.

The inspectors misled the government in order to help the institutions to get monthly pay order (MPO) facilities, an official of education ministry told The Daily Star.

The education inspectors gave wrong reports on the number of GPA 5 scorers and other issues of the institutions, the official added.
