Three people died after a bus rammed a motorcycle on Dhaka-Chattogram highway in Cumilla Sadar upazila today.

Deceased Sajal, Kajal and Shaheen, aged between 20 to 25 years, hailed from Bijoypur area, reports our Cumilla correspondent quoting Officer-in-Charge of Cumilla Sadar South Police Station Mamunur Rashid.

The incident occurred when the motorcycle took a u-turn on the highway and was hit by a speeding Dhaka-bound bus of Shyamoli Paribahan near the Palli Bidyut office around 12noon.

Further details of the deceased hailing from Bijoypur area in the district could not be known yet.
