No gas refilling in Sylhet for 4 hrs every day

There will be no refuelling of CNG-run vehicles from 5:00pm to 9:00pm every day at all the CNG refilling stations across Sylhet district from today till further notice.

The Sylhet divisional unit of the Bangladesh CNG Refilling Station and Conversion Workshop Owners' Association took the decision in an emergency meeting yesterday following a notice issued earlier by Jalalabad Gas Transmission and Distribution System Ltd in this connection.

However, the authorities did not assign any reason why the gas refilling will remain suspended for four hours every day.

The association has asked all the CNG refilling stations and conversion workshops to stop CNG refuelling from 5:00pm to 9:00pm every day till further notice.

It regretted the inconvenience to be caused to the consumers by the gas refilling suspension.
