3 'militants of Sarwar-Tamim group' held in C’nawabganj

Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) has detained three suspected militants of the “Sarwar-Tamim group” of the banned outfit Jama’atul Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB) in Chapainawabganj.
The detainee -- Mohammad Jenarul Islam alias Moin, 25, Mohammad Rasul Box, 50 and Mohammad Islam, 70, -- were held from a mango orchard in Bablabona area in Sadar upazila, our Chapainawabganj correspondent reports quoting Squadron leader and commander of the Rab-5 camp Mohammad Sayeed Abdullah Murad.
A team of Rab launched the driver around 4:00am acting on a tip-off that a group of Neo-JMB activists were holding a meeting in the mango orchard.
Rab also recovered one pistol, one magazine, three bullets, 1.1kg gunpowder and some books on jihad from their possession.
