PowerinAI launches sales automation platform

PowerinAI, a Dhaka-based software company, has launched an artificial intelligence–driven sales automation platform aimed at helping businesses respond to customer enquiries more quickly across time zones and markets.

Operating across Bangladesh, the Middle East and the United Kingdom, PowerinAI claims that its system automates the entire sales engagement process, from the first inbound message to ongoing follow-up and appointment scheduling. 

According to a press release, the system is capable of analysing customer queries, assessing intent and urgency, and determining the next step in operations of businesses.
