Shamsul Arefin joins ICT Division as secretary

Md Shamsul Arefin today joined the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Division as its secretary.

Prior to that, he served the cabinet division as secretary for coordination and reforms.

He has also been the additional secretary and joint secretary of the same division.

He started his career as assistant commissioner and magistrate at Manikganj district in 1993.

He obtained Bachelor of Commerce degree (honours) in finance from Dhaka University.
