ONE Bank hosts ‘Town Hall Meet 2025’

ONE Bank PLC recently hosted its "Town Hall Meet 2025" in Gulshan, Dhaka, bringing together the bank's leadership team and employees from across the country under the theme, "Together We Rise as ONE- Transform to Lead, Drive to Excel".

ASM Shahidullah Khan, chairman of ONE Bank PLC, inaugurated the programme as the chief guest.

In his remarks, Khan expressed the board's strong confidence in the new leadership and emphasised expectations for strengthened governance, enhanced performance discipline, and accelerated strategic transformation.

Muhit Rahman, newly appointed managing director of ONE Bank PLC, conducted the event, according to a press release.

During the programme, Rahman outlined his strategic vision for ONE Bank, presenting a clear, future-focused roadmap centered on disciplined execution, operational excellence, technology-driven innovation, and greater collaboration across teams.

He concluded his address with a unified call to action: "Together as ONE."

Zahur Ullah, chairman of the executive committee; Chief of Naval Staff (retd) Admiral Aurangzeb Chowdhury, independent director; along with senior management, divisional and business heads, senior officials, and all branch managers, were also present.
