Songs of five Poets

The Indira Gandhi Cultural Centre yesterday presented Swastika Mukhopadhyay in an evening of songs of five famous poets of Bengal titled "Panchakabir Gaan".
The songs included those of Rabindranath Tagore, Rajanikanta Sen, Atulprasad Sen, Dwijendra Lal Roy and Dilip Kumar Roy.
Swastika is an eminent Rabindra-Sangeet and Dwijendrageeti artist, and a senior faculty and professor in the department of Rabindra-sangeet at Visva-Bharati, Shantiniketan, performed the songs.
