Alyen Vyrus unleashed, BMW goes retro

The BMW R 18 largest and heaviest BMW to date, but its design raises a question, at what point does a motorcycle stops being 'retro' and becomes an instant classic? We will go with the classic, as thanks to its 1800cc engine and $15,636 price tag, we have virtually no change to getting it.
On the other hand, the Vyrus Alyen makes you wonder when does a motorcycle become a creature from outer space? Designed by the Italian boutique workshop Vyrus, the Alyen 998 is a bizarre amalgamation of carbon fibre and a Ducati-sourced 1,198-cc engine, outputting 202hp. The price is going to out of this world as well, as it is speculated to be something north of $90,000.
