Kidnappers are devising new strategies. They are not just kidnapping people for ransom money as done before. Although some people were fortunate enough to be saved by law enforcers, not all kidnapping victims have been lucky.
Law enforcers arrest five alleged kidnappers in Tejgaon area of Dhaka and rescued a person, who was abducted earlier.
