SAFF U-17 Women’s C’ship live coverage hit by hack

Bangladesh face Nepal in a SAFF U-17 Women's Championship fixture in Thimphu today as the second and final phase of the regional competition begins.

The South Asian Football Federation (SAFF) confirmed that the official YouTube channel of Sportzworkz, the tournament's streaming partner, had been hacked and was unavailable ahead of today's match, beginning at 3pm (Bangladesh time).

"We regret to inform you that the official YouTube channel of our streaming partner, Sportzworkz, has been hacked and is currently unavailable," read a statement from SAFF.

"This unfortunate incident comes at a critical time during the SAFF U-17 Women's Championship in Thimphu, Bhutan, where fans across South Asia are eagerly following the action. SAFF and Sportzworkz are working urgently to resolve the issue and restore access to live match coverage."

India lead the standings with nine points from three matches, while Bangladesh trail with six points from as many games.
