Siddikur wins Dhaka Open title

Bangladesh's premier golfer Siddikur Rahman clinched the title of the inaugural City Bank American Express Dhaka Open title at the Kurmitola Golf Club today.

The 33-year-old golfer carded an aaggregate of 14-under-par (274) for a comfortable victory with a four-stroke advantage in the 60,000 dollar-event, co-sacntioned by BPGA, ADT and PGTI.

The two-time Asian Tour winner exchanged five birdies for three bogeys in the final round to take home a paycheque of 10,500 dollars.

Malcolm Kokocinski of Sweden finished second with 10-under-par (278) while India's Shankar Das ended in third position a stroke further back.
