Lionel Messi is placing his trust in the next generation of footballing talent, starting with his heir apparent, Lamine Yamal.

The Argentine icon will debut Adidas' latest release, the F50 'La Vida Tropical,' when Inter Miami faces Columbus Crew in the MLS on April 19. Drenched in vibrant pink and turquoise, the boots are inspired by the pulsating energy of Miami, Messi's new home on the pitch.

Alongside Messi, ten of the most promising young footballers in the world will lace up the new boots, including Barcelona's Yamal, who Messi believes has already entered the elite tier.

"Lamine is an amazing player with the ability he's shown… He is a European champion and will continue to add more to his game, just as I did when I started on the right side," Messi said in a recent interview with ESPN. "He has great potential… one of the best players in the world."
