Hamza lands in Dhaka for Hong Kong, China tie

Leicester City's Bangladeshi midfielder Hamza Choudhury reached Dhaka this morning to take part in the national team's upcoming Asian Cup Qualifying match against Hong Kong, China.

Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) executive committee member Kamrul Hasan Hilton and others received Hamza, who will attend today's training at National Stadium, confirmed team manager Amer Khan.

"Assalam Walaikum. I have landed safely. Insha Allah, we will have a successful camp. On the 9th, we will face Hong Kong, China at the National Stadium. Insha Allah, all of you will support us," Hamza said in a video clip sent by the BFF.

Bangladesh will take on Hong Kong, China who are scheduled to land Dhaka tonight, on October 9 before playing the away match on October 14.

Meanwhile, Canada-based Shamit Shome is scheduled to arrive here tomorrow night. He will get to have only one training session with the injury-hit Bangladesh side before playing in the crucial tie.
