The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has announced a 14-member squad for the first two ODIs against England, scheduled to take place on October 7 and October 9 at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Dhaka.

There is one change from the squad that on Saturday won the three-match series against Afghanistan. Fast bowler Al Amin Hossain, whose removal for the Afghanistan series raised some eyebrows, is back in place of left-arm spinner Taijul Islam.

Bangladesh won their last match by an emphatic 141 runs to clinch the three-ODI series against Afghanistan, having earlier suffered an unexpected loss in the second match after winning a nail-biter in the first ODI.

Bangladesh Squad for the first two ODIS against England:

Masrafe Bin Mortaza (captain), Shakib Al Hasan (vice-captain), Tamim Iqbal, Soumya Sarker, Imrul Kayes, Mosaddek Hossain, Mahmudullah Riyad, Nasir Hossain, Mushfiqur Rahim, Sabbir Rahman, Shafiul Islam, Mosarraf Hossain, Al Amin Hossain, Taskin Ahmed
