Bulbul re-elected as BCB president in expected outcome

Aminul Islam Bulbul has been re-elected unopposed as the president of the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) by the newly elected board of directors, election commissioner Kazi Nazrul Islam confirmed The Daily Star.

Bulbul, who led the board for around four months in his first term, will lead the newly formed 25-member board of directors for the next four years.

Earlier in the day, the BCB board of directors' polls took place at the Pan Pacific Sonargaon in Dhaka. Bulbul was elected as a Category 1 director from Dhaka with 15 votes,
