The cops including the IGP should not only arrange for his treatment but also ensure his future rehabilitation and the sustainability of his family in the immediate future. A Judicial Commission should be instituted to ensure that not only the guilty are punished but also the Rickshwawala is adequately compensated in the most sustainable manner.
