Tasnia Farin set to step into production
After gaining recognition on television and OTT platforms, Tasnia Farin has also made her mark on the big screen. In 2023, she debuted in the Tollywood industry with "Aaro Ek Prithibi". This past Eid-ul-Azha, she stepped into Dhallywood with "Insaaf". Now, the actress is set to take on a new role — as a producer.
Expressing her interest in starting a production company, Farin made a Facebook post last Saturday evening, asking her followers to suggest a name for it. Many shared their ideas in the comment section.

Speaking to Ajker Patrika, Farin confirmed that she is planning to launch her own production company and will officially announce its name soon. "I want to create work in my own way," said Farin. "That's why I'm planning to start a production company — where I can bring my ideas to the screen."
Farin shared that her production house will officially begin its journey later this year with the release of a music video featuring her own song. Last year, she gained recognition as a singer through the song "Ronge Ronge Rongin Hobo" in the magazine show "Ityadi", where she performed alongside Tahsan Khan. The song, written by Kabir Bakul and composed and arranged by Imran Mahmudul, became popular after its broadcast on "Ityadi". Following that success, Farin announced plans to release a new song.
She is now beginning her journey as a producer with this new song, which she has sung herself. The composition and music arrangement have again been done by Imran Mahmudul, who has also lent his voice alongside Farin. The music video has already been completed, though she has chosen not to disclose the song's title, lyricist, or video director yet. She intends to make an official announcement soon. Farin shared that the song has turned out well and expressed optimism that, like her previous one, this song too will be loved by listeners and viewers alike.
When asked whether her production company would also produce dramas or films, Farin replied, "I haven't thought that far yet. It's starting with a music video. I'll plan the next steps afterward. But I can say this much — since I'm starting this company, I intend to work through it regularly."
Recently, Farin has been appearing less frequently on screen. Since the release of "Insaaf", there has been no news of any new projects from her. Addressing this, Farin said, "I always want to present something different through my work. I don't want to take on every project, only the ones that meet a certain standard. It's true that I'm working less than before, but I hope to share some good news with the audience soon."
