Renowned writer-director Mohan Khan no more

Popular writer and director Mohan Khan passed away on Tuesday at around 11:50 pm. The 65 year old actor was undergoing treatment at Evercare Hospital in the capital. 

Director Mostafa Kamal Raz confirmed the news to The Daily Star. 

Mohan Khan's namaz-e-janaza will take place after Zuhr prayers. After his janaza, he will be laid to rest at Azimpur graveyard. 

Mohan Khan was diagnosed with a brain tumour a few days back. He was swiftly admitted to the hospital and underwent a major operation. The operation was successful. However, after returning home, he stumbled on the floor and was injured. After this, he fell ill and was put on life support on May 4. 

Mohan Khan is survived by his wife and his two children.
