Superstar Shakib Khan's highly anticipated film "Borbaad" began shooting on October 20, with much of the production taking place in Mumbai. Throughout the process, strict confidentiality has been maintained to prevent any leaks regarding the film's scenes or the looks of the cast, heightening the excitement among fans.

Now, with 70% of the shooting completed, director Mehedi Hasan Hridoy has announced that the first look of "Borbaad" will be revealed soon. The big reveal will take place today afternoon, with a grand event dedicated to showcasing Shakib's look in the film.

This is Hridoy's first feature film after working in television, and he expressed his enthusiasm for the project, admitting that he was eager to ensure everything went perfectly from the start. "I wanted to do this right, so I kept quiet about the film from the beginning. A fantastic team is working behind the scenes for 'Borbaad,' and so far, everyone is happy with the progress. The audience will get a hint of what's coming once they see the first look," he said.

Produced under the banner of Real Energy Productions, "Borbaad" is shaping up to be a high-energy action thriller, focusing on violence and intensity. 

Alongside Shakib Khan, the cast includes well-known actors like Idhika Paul, Jishu Sengupta, Manav Sachdev, and Misha Sawdagar, representing both Bangladeshi and Indian film industries.

Reports also suggest that the film will feature an item number performed by the popular Bengali actress Nusrat Jahan. 

"Borbaad" is set to be released worldwide during the 2025 Eid-ul-Fitr.
