Blake Lively has recently submitted an amended complaint against Justin Baldoni in a federal court in New York City, adding spiking interest and evidence to her ongoing judicial face-off against her former co-star.

The actress updated her ongoing case against Baldoni with a 163-page filing. The "Gossip Girl" alum seemingly strengthened her case with new claims and evidence on February 18, which were initially filed last year, on December 31.

The amended filing directly targets her ex-co-star from It Ends With Us, Baldoni, along with a few other parties. The new version "provides significant additional evidence and corroboration of her original claims" and "includes previously undisclosed communications" involving Lively, Sony, Wayfarer Studios, and "numerous other witnesses," according to her attorneys, Esra Hudson and Mike Gottlieb.

In the revised document, the lawyers representing Lively stated that the "false narrative" put forth by Baldoni and the other defendants "falls apart under the undeniable truth." They further clarified that Lively "was not alone in expressing concerns about Mr. Baldoni" and had raised her issues in real-time as they emerged in 2023, not as part of a fabricated power struggle over control of the film in 2024, according to People magazine.

Somewhere in the amended document, Lively's lawyers affirmed that Baldoni and the other defendants' blatant lies will evaporate as the truth comes to light and that Lively "was not alone in complaining about Mr Baldoni and raised her concerns contemporaneously as they arose in 2023, not in connection with some imagined power play for control of the film in 2024," as reported by People magazine.

Lively's spokesperson shared that the amended lawsuit "details the corroboration that backs up Blake's original sexual harassment and retaliation concerns." They claimed that it provides evidence that "other women confided in Blake about their discomfort and fear of coming forward and their concern about the current public vitriol."

Lively's spokesperson shared with the media that Lively's updated lawsuit will further back up her sexual harassment claims against Baldoni. They claimed many women anonymously opened up to Lively regarding the fears and unease they experienced while being around Baldoni.
