Afran Nisho makes dramatic appearance for ‘Daagi’ promo

Afran Nisho has once again captivated audiences—this time not on screen, but through a striking promotional appearance for his upcoming film "Daagi". The popular actor was recently spotted in a prisoner's uniform, numbered '786', handcuffed and flanked by two men dressed as police officers, in a scene that instantly sparked buzz on social media.
As he was escorted through the area, onlookers were heard calling out, "Oii Daagi!", adding an eerie sense of realism to the scene. The promotional stunt has only heightened speculation about the character Nisho portrays.
Daagi marks Nisho's second silver screen outing after his successful debut in "Surongo", where he starred opposite Tama Mirza. The film reunites the duo, this time alongside Sunerah Binte Kamal and Rashed Mamun Apu in key roles.
The project began its journey in December last year. At the time, Nisho shared his excitement about the film, stating, "I always aim for films that push the boundaries of conventional storytelling. In 'Daagi', the narrative itself plays a pivotal role, which is what intrigued me. I'm confident the audience will find it deeply engaging."
Jointly produced by SVF, Alpha i Entertainment, and Chorki, Daagi is being positioned as one of the most anticipated releases this Eid-ul-Fitr.
With the prisoner stunt now turning heads, the campaign has successfully piqued curiosity, leaving fans eager for more glimpses into the story.
