Kanye bags no 1 spot on '50 Genuinely Horrible Albums By Brilliant Artists’ list
Kanye West has won several awards throughout his career, but his most recent one will not make him proud.
Following the publication of Rolling Stone's '50 Genuinely Horrific Albums' by Brilliant artists, the controversial Chicago rapper has once again made headlines.
Kanye has topped the Rolling Stone's list for his 2018 release 'Ye'. Unfortunately, the popular magazine has declared the song to be the most disastrous in popular music history.
'Ye' may not have had the same impact as its other songs, but it was well-received by its fans. In fact, it is one of his most streamed songs on Spotify, with 1 billion streams expected by 2021.
While Kanye West's 'Ye' took first place, several rappers were recognized for their poor performance. Yes' "Union," Elvis Presley's "Fun in Acapulco," Creedence Clearwater Revival's "Mardi Gras," and Bob Dylan's "Down in the Groove", among others, made it into the top ten list.
