Two people are killed and two injured as unidentified miscreants open fire at them in Madhya Badda of Dhaka, cops say.

Two people were killed and two others injured as unidentified miscreants opened fire at them in Madhya Badda of Dhaka, police said.
Samsu Mollah, 50, and Manik,42, died on the spot when miscreants opened fire at them in Adarshanagar area around 9:15pm, Abdul Jalil, officer-in-charge of Badda Police Station, told The Daily Star.
The two injured are: Gama, 35, and Abdus Salam, 40, the police official said.
Gama was rushed to United Hospital in Gulshan and Salam to Dhaka Medical College Hospital, the OC added.
The law enforcers could not find out the motif behind the killing immediately.
The four victims were discussing about organiszing Bangabandhu's death anniversary programme on August 15, locals said.
They were members of Swecchashebak League, a pro-Awami League organisation, of the area, they said.
