Faculty of Business and Economics of EWU receives prestigious accreditation

The Faculty of Business and Economics of East West University (EWU) has been granted accreditation by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools Programs (ACBSP) without any condition on December 17, 2024. This prestigious recognition from ACBSP, a U.S. accreditation agency approved by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA), underscores the commitment to excellence and continuous improvement in business education at EWU.

ACBSP accreditation benefits students, study programs, and faculty as a whole. The program gains international recognition, and degrees and diplomas are widely accepted globally. It provides greater marketability for students giving them a competitive advantage in the hiring process and higher studies abroad. 

Vice-Chancellor of East West University, Professor Dr Shams Rahman, shared his excitement about this achievement: "We are incredibly proud of this milestone. The ACBSP accreditation validates our efforts to provide quality business education that meets international standards. It opens up new opportunities for our students and faculty to engage with the global business community and reinforces our commitment to continuous improvement."
