Concord hands over Syed Tower apartments in Dhanmondi
Concord has handed over apartments of its residential project, Syed Tower, in Dhanmondi.
The handover ceremony was held at the project site at Road 14 in Dhanmondi.
Apartment owners and their families attended the programme along with managing director of Concord Group, senior officials and architect Mahmudul Anwar Riyaad.
The event included a musical performance for residents.
Syed Tower has been developed as a residential project with facilities designed to support community living.
The building includes shared spaces such as a party lounge, gym and landscaped areas.
The project has 36 apartments ranging from 2,740 to 3,200 square feet.
It has been built on a 20 katha plot and includes facilities such as parking areas, lifts, security monitoring and fire safety systems.
The project was designed by Mahmudul Anwar Riyaad.
Concord says the project reflects its focus on residential developments that combine living space with shared community facilities.
The company has completed more than 1,200 projects over the years.
