According to the organisers, the event will focus on connecting young people with opportunities in outsourcing, freelancing, information technology-enabled services and the digital economy.

As part of the pre-summit activities, university activation programmes will be conducted at several universities in Chattogram to raise awareness about the BPO and ITES industry, digital skills and technology-driven career opportunities.

A policy dialogue session will also be held with participation from officials of the Chattogram district administration, industry experts, academics, business leaders and other stakeholders. Discussions will focus on the state of the BPO and ITES industry, human resource development, employment generation and the expansion of the digital economy in the region.
