Stamford students showcase business law projects at poster exhibition
Students of the 84th batch of the Department of Business Administration at Stamford University Bangladesh organised a Business Law Poster Exhibition on campus, showcasing their understanding of contemporary legal issues affecting the business world.
The exhibition was held under the supervision of Shegoofta Tarannoom Durdana, lecturer (Finance Discipline), Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Business Studies, according to a press release.
The event provided students with a platform to present research-based posters, innovative ideas and practical case analyses on business law issues.
According to the university, the participants demonstrated their understanding of legal principles, critical and analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities and awareness of the practical implications of business law in modern organisations.
The exhibition was attended by Sharif Nafe As-Saber, vice-chancellor of Stamford University Bangladesh, who toured the displays and interacted with the students.
In his remarks, he highlighted the importance of legal awareness, ethical business practices and experiential learning in preparing future business leaders capable of making informed and responsible decisions.
The programme also featured speeches by Mohammad Jeaul Hasan, acting dean of the Department of Business Administration and treasurer, and Muhammad Abdul Matin, registrar.
They encouraged students to develop critical thinking skills, uphold professional ethics and strengthen their understanding of the legal dimensions of business decision-making.
Faculty members and students attended the event.
The exhibition concluded with a cake-cutting ceremony to mark its completion and recognise the efforts of the students and faculty members involved in organising the programme.
According to the university, the initiative reflects its commitment to experiential learning and to connecting academic knowledge with professional practice.
