Kareena Kapoor Khan, who will be seen oplaying a go-getting businesswoman in R.Balki's “Ki And Ka”, will be wearing smart casuals, suits and other outfits that reflect power dressing in sync with her role in the film, but for one song, she will don a polar opposite – and rather familiar look.

The actress will be sporting a gorgeous lehenga custom made for her Manish Malhotra, which weighs over 32 kgs. Kareena had to shoot for the song in the heavy lehenga for over two days at a suburban studio.
