Kareena and Ananta coming together to clean Dhaka!

With countless blockbusters in a career spanning a decade and a half, Kareena Kapoor Khan is one of the biggest Bollywood names. MA Jalil Ananta, or as he stylises it, AJ, has had a much shorter career, but in terms of stardom (domestic, at least) he is at his pinnacle. Now, these two mega stars from the two countries are joining forces … for a cleaner Dhaka!

Organised by Dhaka South City Corporation and managed by Antar Showbiz, the Bollywood diva is set to rock the stage at the Bangabandhu Stadium on February 12, in “Clean Dhaka Concert with Bollywood Queen and AJ”. Aside from the duo, Indian singers Kanika Kapoor and Javed Ali will also perform at the event.

Antar Showbiz honcho Swapan Choudhury informed that the call to ensure a cleaner Dhaka will be spread through the concert, while they will also support cleanup workers of Dhaka through the concert. Kareena is scheduled to arrive in Dhaka with a 60-member team, and will leave on February 13.
