Omoda 9 PHEV launched in Bangladesh

Asian Distributions Ltd, the distributor of Omoda and Jaecoo in Bangladesh, has officially launched the Omoda 9, a plug-in hybrid SUV.

According to a press release, the Omoda 9 PHEV can accelerate from 0 to 100 kilometres per hour in just 4.9 seconds using its 440 kW (590 BHP) and 915 Nm torque. Its All-Wheel Drive (AWD) system is paired with a 1.5-litre Turbo Petrol Engine, offering a combined driving range of 1,200 km.

The SUV's interior includes heated and cooled Nappa leather seats, a SONY 14-speaker high-fidelity surround sound system, and a 12.3-inch Liquid HD crystal display. Additional features include a sliding panoramic roof and advanced safety technologies such as adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, and blind spot detection, states the press release.

The Omoda 9 PHEV is priced at BDT 69 lakhs. The vehicle comes with an 8 year or 160,000 km warranty (T&C applicable).
