Bangladesh pacer Mustafizur Rahman picked up two wickets and remained economical as his side, Chennai Super Kings, beat Sunrisers Hyderabad by 78 runs in the Indian Premier League at the Chidambaram Stadium on Sunday.
Sunrisers Hyderabad's Abhishek Sharma said his good off-field bond with Australian opener Travis Head had translated into a successful partnership at the top of the order after the pair put Delhi Capitals to the sword in the Indian Premier League.
"On a bit of a roll there," Head said of his form after he took second place in the batting chart with 324 runs including a century and two fifties. "Enjoyable, boys are on a roll."
The men in orange also reached three figures in the quickest time in the history of the format
"[Our total] needs a three in front of it, does it now?" Head said at the end of the Hyderabad innings on Monday.
The match produced the highest aggregate for a T20 game with a tally of 549 runs.
Head smashed the fourth fastest century in IPL history.
