Six teachers have fallen sick and hospitalised while pursuing a hunger strike over demands of immediate enlistment under the government’s Monthly Pay Order scheme.
The tuition fees of the students in non-government schools, colleges, madrasas and vocational institutions cannot be increased by more than thirty percent in any circumstances, says an education ministry circular.
