One of the country's prominent OTT platforms, iScreen, has several surprises in store for the upcoming Eid. Among these is the streaming of the acclaimed and award-winning film "Aam Kathaler Chhuti", which was released last year.
"1971 Shei Shob Din" was released in 10 theatres across the country, and "Aam Kathaler Chhuti" was released in 5 theatres.
Apart from producing, directing, writing the screenplay, Mohammad Nuruzzaman has also done the sound design. Lion, Zubair, Arif, Halima and Tanzil played the lead roles. The main assistant director of the film is “Adim” famed Yuvraj Shamim. "Aam Kathaler Chhuti" will be released in theaters on August 18 nationwide.
The 16th edition of the Cheboksary International Film Festival is going to kick off on May 26, in Russia. The Mohammad Nuruzzaman directorial film “Aam Kathaler Chhuti” has been selected in the main competition section of the festival, which will run until June 1.
The film has already received accolades in Indonesia’s Jogja Asian film Festival in Jakarta, which ran from November 26 to December 3 of 2022.
