Chief Adviser Muhammad Yunus yesterday expressed optimism about bringing significant changes to Bangladesh’s health sector with the combined efforts of all involved in delivering healthcare services to better serve the people.
The Health Sector Reform Commission has recommended that the government make primary healthcare its constitutional obligation and provide it free of cost to ensure universal access.
Investment in the health sector must unquestionably be enhanced with the objective of major overhauling.
