The government reduces the price of furnace oil by 30 percent.
Prices of fuel, particularly furnace oil is slated to be cut by Tk15 – 16 per litre within a week whereas other types including octane and diesel prices would be cut within a few months as per a government decision.
Government will cut price of all fuels in a month, beginning with furnace oil in a week, as oil prices hit rock-bottom in the international market.
