State Minister for Land Saifuzzaman Chowdhury expressed strong resentment over persisting vessel congestion at the Chittagong Port for months at a programme in presence of the shipping minister yesterday.
Amid concern over frequent incidents of vessel capsize in the Shela River in the Sundarbans, the government imposes a permanent ban on the plying of all types of vessels through the river.
