Bangladesh women’s kabaddi team brightened their chances to reach the semifinals of 6th Asian Women’s Kabaddi Championship after thrashing Malaysia 52-12 in a Group A fixture in Pardis, Tehran, Iran yesterday.
Bangladesh's placement in Group A is seen as a relatively easier path to the semifinals, securing at least a bronze medal—an achievement Bangladesh first attained in the tournament’s inaugural edition in 2005.
