Bangladesh celebrates Pahela Baishakh 1429 in full swing after 2 years

After two years of Covid-19 pandemic related restrictions, the welcoming ceremony of Bangla New Year began this morning (April 14) with numerous shades and colours.

To celebrate the new year, Mongol Shobhajatra was brought out this morning with the intention of dispelling vagaries of the old, and welcoming bright prospects.
