[Watch] Councillor Khorshed: a Covid-19 fighter

Councillor Khorshed came forward at a time when the closest people of those dead with Covid-19 or with symptoms would not carry on with the funeral proceedings.

He took it upon himself to bury or cremate the bodies. The councilor of Narayanganj City Corporation himself and his wife contracted coronavirus during this time. But he fought against the virus, recovered and is now to helping people again.

Councillor Khorshed and his team managed the funerals of 80 people, of all ages and religion, from April 8 to June 13.
