Messi's penalty puts Argentina ahead in World Cup final

Lionel Messi, in his record 26th appearance at the World Cup, converted a penalty in the 23rd minute to give Argentina the lead in the final against France at the Lusail Stadium in Doha, Qatar on Sunday.

Angel Di Maria produced a moment of brilliance from the left-flank to go past Ousmane Dembele who impeded the winger forcing the referee to point at the spot.
