'Names don't mean anything' for Arthur
Rangpur Riders head coach Mickey Arthur arrived mid-match yesterday, noting the "tough selection calls" ahead for his deep squad. With a top order featuring Litton Das, Dawid Malan, and Tawhid Hridoy, Arthur emphasised that "names don't mean anything" and selection will be based strictly on "performance."
The coach is also focused on consistency to avoid a repeat of last season's collapse, where the team "fell off the cliff" after an eight-game winning streak. With nine foreign stars competing for only four spots, Arthur is looking for a squad that can maintain momentum through the finals.
