Argentina no longer lead FIFA rankings; business as usual for Bangladesh

Spain have climbed to the summit of the FIFA Men's World Ranking, ending Argentina's two-year reign as the world's No. 1 side, in the latest update published on Wednesday, 18 September.
Among the top guns, England gained points to cement their place in fourth, while Portugal moved up to fifth, pushing Brazil down a spot. Germany dropped three places to 12th, and Italy re-entered the top ten.
As for Bangladesh, there has been no change. Javier Cabrera's men remain locked at 184th in the world. After a goalless draw against Nepal in Kathmandu earlier this month, their focus now shifts to October's AFC Asian Cup qualification third round against hosts Hong Kong.
