NCL T20 resumes on Friday in Sylhet

After 10 days' break, the National Cricket League (NCL) T20 will resume on Friday with a double-header in Sylhet.

Rajshahi Division will take on Khulna Division in today's first match at 10:00am while Dhaka Division will vie against Rangpur Division at 02:00pm, with both matches scheduled at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium.

Earlier, on September 16, the tournament was indefinitely postponed due to inclement weather and poor outfield conditions in Rajshahi and Bogura and later, the tournament committee of the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) shifted the remainder of the tournament to Sylhet with a revised fixture.

Before that, only the opening match between Dhaka Metro and Rajshahi Division could be held as a five-over-per-side game due to rain, while the other three fixtures of the first two days were abandoned without a ball being bowled.

The remaining six rounds of the tournament will be played between September 26 - October 7. The eliminator and two qualifiers will be held on October 9 and 10 while the final will take place on October 12. The qualifiers and the final will be day-night affairs.
