BCB plans to start Women's BPL soon, says Bulbul

The Bangladesh Cricket Board president Aminul Islam Bulbul has announced that they are planning to start the Women's Bangladesh Premier League very soon.
The announcement was made during the BPL 12 players' auction at the Radisson Blue Water Garden Hotel in Dhaka on Sunday afternoon.

"I'd like to announce that we are starting women's BPL very soon. You guys will be given opportunity if you want to keep the women's team alongside your men's BPL team. You guys will be given priority on this basis," Bulbul said during his opening speech.
Earlier this year, The BCB came up with a similar plan during the 11th edition of BPL but it eventually didn't materialise.
